Creo worked closely with the client and design team to develop the landscape design for this sophisticated, spa-like development for 278 units in Millbrae, California. Landscape Amenities include a new streetscape, a large paseo, a public plaza, a podium courtyard with a 3-lane, electrically heated lap pool, spa, cold plunge pool, outdoor kitchen, outdoor bar, infrared sauna, yoga deck, a beautiful roof deck with juice bar, barbecues, outdoor tv, yoga lawn, and beautiful views of the coastal mountains. This project is currently under review for construction permit.
