The landscape for this mixed-use retail and housing project maximizes permeable green space on this compact urban lot and provides a public park space as a neighborhood amenity with an outdoor plaza. The residential units have private terraces with custom screen fencing.  Amenities including gathering areas for the residential units, fire pits, unique planting, and private patios are all designed over the podium.  Creo is responsible for the landscape architectural scope for this project. This project was completed in 2021.
