Creo worked closely with BioMarin and Gensler to develop an outdoor amenity space for their newly renovated Grab n’ Go café project in their Bel Marin Keys Novato campus. The design includes capturing space from 7 existing parking stalls and relocating them to make space for a gracious outdoor amenity patio The patio includes new low water use planting, café style seating, lounge furnishings, picnic tables, a new cedar and steel fence, lighting and relocated electrical charging stations. This project was completed in 2018.
