In Redwood Shores, California, plans for a new life science campus have been submitted by Prince Street Partners and Center Capital Partners. There are currently three structures totaling 147,000 square feet, of which 85,000 square feet will be retained and the rest redeveloped. Creo is working with the project team to redevelop the site into a high-end life science campus in the growing tech corridor, as well as provide an engaging and welcoming public space.
