This 70,000 SF Family Health Center project in East Palo Alto serves the local community as a gathering space and health care center.  Site features include an entry plaza and drop-off, a gracious, curved entry walk, a teaching vegetable garden, a playground,  employee patio space, and bicycle parking for up to 30 bikes.  Infiltration planters are integrated within the site design to capture and treat all of the runoff from the site while rooftop runoff is captured in rainwater harvesting tanks for reuse for irrigating the landscape.  The entire site was constructed on a brownfield.  This project was completed in 2015.
